Initially disappointed with the room overlooking the ocean on the top floor needing refurbishment, but after requesting a third room, our stay improved. The service was exceptional, making our time in Quepos truly memorable. The location, though centrally situated, felt a bit sketchy due to its proximity to a casino. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was just fine, clean, with warm water, and nice views, but it was small and had a musty smell. The shared balcony with a glass door didn't provide much privacy, which was a downside for me. The service was friendly and helpful, but the strict table policy for breakfast preparation seemed unnecessary. The location was convenient for downtown Quepos but was a bit noisy at night. The dining experience was limited, with only two fruit items available, making it somewhat disappointing.
