Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Quepos Downtown, making it easy to access restaurants and shops. The rooms are on the smaller side and lack hot water, but the secured parking adds a level of convenience. The service was friendly, though some policy rules may not be ideal. The sea view from the restaurant and the pool area are definite highlights.
Initially disappointed with the room overlooking the ocean on the top floor needing refurbishment, but after requesting a third room, our stay improved. The service was exceptional, making our time in Quepos truly memorable. The location, though centrally situated, felt a bit sketchy due to its proximity to a casino. Limited dining options at breakfast were a downside, but the hotel amenities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was just fine, clean, with warm water, and nice views, but it was small and had a musty smell. The shared balcony with a glass door didn't provide much privacy, which was a downside for me. The service was friendly and helpful, but the strict table policy for breakfast preparation seemed unnecessary. The location was convenient for downtown Quepos but was a bit noisy at night. The dining experience was limited, with only two fruit items available, making it somewhat disappointing.
